The evening begins with a Cocktail Reception serving crudites and sangria.  After taking your seats Appetizers will be served with a wine pairing, followed by Salad and fresh bread.  Your Entree choice will be served with homemade sides and wine pairing or draft beer.  The evening ends with a seasonal Dessert, local Perrydell Ice cream and locally roasted coffee.
